Special Events Transporation
Weddings, concerts, game days, nights out. When the occasion calls for more than a single pickup and drop-off, RM Executive provides a private driver for the whole event. Every special event is booked by the hour, so your day moves at its own pace instead of someone else's schedule.
How Booking Works
Special event bookings start at our hourly rate of $90, with a 2-hour minimum. A 50% deposit confirms your reservation, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before pickup. Cancel more than 24 hours out and your deposit is fully refunded. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full.
Pickups for special events include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. Additional time is billed at our hourly rate.
